At the MagicBlock Founder's Camp in Thailand, I ran a product engineering session for early-stage founders on the exact AI coding workflows, agentic harnesses, and test-driven loops my team uses to build the Solana Developer Platform at the Solana Foundation. Rather than treating AI coding tools as autocomplete, we broke down how to structure repository context, domain skills, and automated verification gates so a two-person founding team can ship with the velocity and reliability of a twenty-person engineering org.

We spent the second half of the session reviewing the founders' live codebases and product roadmaps ahead of their Colosseum submissions. Watching teams immediately adopt structured agentic workflows to compress weeks of protocol and frontend integration into a single afternoon was a highlight of the camp.
