Solana Privacy Hack: Privacy-Preserving Cross-Chain Swaps Workshop
Live technical workshop during the Solana Privacy Hackathon exploring privacy-preserving cross-chain routing, confidential transactions, and developer integration patterns with SilentSwap.
As part of the Solana Privacy Hackathon programming in January 2026, I joined Cat McGee and the SilentSwap engineering team for a live technical workshop on building privacy-preserving applications on Solana. We explored the architectural tradeoffs between public ledger transparency and institutional/consumer confidentiality, focusing on how developers can integrate non-custodial, privacy-preserving routing into standard Solana wallet flows.
We also walked hackathon participants through practical patterns for combining confidential transfer primitives with clean frontend UX so users do not have to manage complex cryptographic proofs by hand. The session helped set the technical bar for teams competing across the Privacy Hack tracks.
